Suann is an amazing title agent! She took an extremely complicated situation with 5 heirs in 5 different cities with only 2 weeks to close, and was able to coordinate all of the packages and all of the documents in an amazingly short amount of time. She was also willing to drive down to Sarasota from St. Pete for the closing! She is by far, the most organized and attentive title agent that I have ever used, and I plan to use her for all of my closings in the future.

I love using Suann, I have become really, really spoiled by her! She is always on top of everything, and even calls me to remind me when I haven't sent something to her, or done something that I should. Now, even when a home is a foreclosure, I try to position the purchase for buyer to pick closing agent because I know that I will not lose the deal at the last minute because of a title issue.
